Leo Baby was the first book that I wrote in my zodiac baby book series. Because of this, it will always hold a special place in my heart.

The Leo Baby zodiac book went through many variations. I had a few ideas of how I wanted the series to go, and it certainly evolved over time.

As my first zodiac baby book, I learned many important lessons that I carried with me throughout the zodiac baby book series.

The first lesson I learned was to write more content. Originally, the zodiac books were meant for babies. I learned over time that toddlers (and even adults) were drawn to them.

The best part of self-publishing is that I can do whatever the heck I want. It’s freeing in many ways.

With the help of my illustrator, we went back and added more content to the books, increasing the word count, and giving the books a bit more substance. I hope this would help keep the attention of a first-time reader.

Leo Baby had a few variations and, with time and careful consideration, we landed on the version you see today.

This bohemian lion lives in the woods. The color palette is soft and dreamy with elements added to help capture the courageous spirit of a Leo baby.
